Mr. Wade was born September 29, 1950. He was the son of the late Norwood and Christine Wade. He was retired from the US Army Corp of Engineers.
Survivors include his wife, Helen F. Wade; and his family.
A memorial service will be held in Bahama, NC at a later date.
