Lillian Marie McDuffie

Lillian was born May 30, 1942 in Robeson County, NC, daughter of the late Welton and Mary McDuffie. Mrs. McDuffie worked for First Citizens Bank for over 30 years in Southport, Oak Island, and Shallotte. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her son, Glenn Hart and wife Callie; a granddaughter, Sierra Hart; a grandson, Tristan Hart; a step-daughter, Debbie Hill; a step-son Dean Duval; step-grandchildren, Austin Carver, Angelina Carver, Caleb Hill, Adam Hill, and Isabella Duval; a step-great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Knox; a brother, Earl McDuffie; and a sister, Joyce McDuffie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Malcolm "Mackie" Formyduval; two brothers, Dee McDuffie and Carl McDuffie; and two sisters, Margaret McLendon and Myrtle Knowles.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 22, 2022 in the Peacock - Newnam & White Chapel with Reverend Mike Jacobs officiating. Burial will follow in the Cape Fear Memorial Park Cemetery. A reception will follow the service at the Bolivia Fire Department.
