Mr. Louie Junior Cox (Pete) entered this world on October 14, 1937 to the late Louie Wilbur Cox and the late Evelena Smith Cox of Bolivia, North Carolina. Louie joined Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church at an early age, where he attended until his health declined. Louie was educated at Brunswick County Training School and upon graduation he decided to relocate to Maryland for better employment opportunity as a truck driver. After 30 years of employment he retired and returned to Bolivia, North Carolina. Louie better known as “Pete” was very humble and always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who asked. Louie leaves to cherish his memories: sons, Mr. Lamont Cox Bolivia, North Carolina, Mr. Anthony Cox Clinton Maryland, Mr. David Cox Bolivia, North Carolina. Siblings Mrs. Ruby McMillian (David) Hampton, Virginia, Mr. Anthony Cox (Louvenia) Bolivia, North Carolina, Mr. Charles Cox (Gloria) Maryland, Mrs. Frances Richmond (Haywood) Hampton, Virginia, Ms. Joyce Cox Bolivia, North Carolina, Mrs. Beverly Coleman(Paul) Holden Beach, North Carolina. Grandchildren Brandi Cox of Maryland, Ranard Cox of Washington D.C., London Cox, Ava Cox, Anna Cox and Imani Cox of Bolivia, North Carolina. Great Grandchildren Garrenn, Brysen and Namoi Page of Maryland. A host of nieces, nephews and friends. One Special Friend Rosetta Miller. Louie Cox was preceded in death by the following: Mrs. Eartha Cox Randolph and MSG Elbert Lee Cox. Ms. Eva Cox and Mrs. Retha Snell.
