Mrs. Cremins was born September 18, 1949 in Rockville Centre, New York to the late Robert and Agnes Mabry. Pat had been a registered nurse for 52 years. Patient care was her passion. Her faith, church, and church community were immensely important to her. To Pat, family was the most important thing in her life, they never knew a day without her love.
Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Meg Upp and Beth Mennonna and wife Mandy; three grandchildren, Alex, Caroline, and Ryan Upp; a brother, Robert Mabry; fives nieces and nephews; and many friends, including Cathy Tyer. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Cremins and a sister, Maureen Byrne.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date in Northern Virginia.
