Patricia Ann Hickfang

She was born July 23, 1933 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Fulmer Marion Tidwell and Rosalie Grooms Tidwell. She was raised in a military family yet lived the majority of her young life in Charleston, South Carolina. Pat graduated her senior year at Okinawa High School in Japan. While living in Okinawa she met her husband, Max Hickfang who likewise was in the military.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Max Newton Hickfang.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Delores Alexander and Debbie Dotson (husband Scott); son, David Hickfang (wife Barbara); grandchildren, Stacy Strube (husband Steven), Daniel Alexander (wife Amanda), Ben McTier (wife Patti), Ryan McTier (wife Kelly), Eli Dotson, and Maggie Dotson; great grandchildren, Austin, Kylie, Jacob, Ryleigh, Bennie, Carson, Greyson, Aiden, Lainey, Lexi, Bryce, and Eliza.

An inurnment will be held at a later date at the Beaufort National Cemetery located in Beaufort, South Carolina.
