Mrs. Yow was born April 11, 1932, daughter of the late Herbert and Lorraine Miller. Peggy loved to cook and crochet and share her creations with her friends and family. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Methodist Church in Greensboro for over 30 years and loved being a part of the church family.
She is survived by her three children, Diane Summerlin and husband Tony, Kenetha Fulbright and husband Rick, and Michael Roberts and wife Tracy; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Yow; and five siblings.
A celebration of her life will be held in Greensboro, North Carolina at a later date.
