Randy was born August 9, 1965 in New York to Kenneth and Linda Steinhilber. Randy worked for Ampac Paper for 20 years before moving to Southport in 2008.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Randolph Steinhilber; a daughter Angel Steinhilber; two brothers, Lonnie Steinhilber and Kenneth Steinhilber, Jr.; and two sisters, Patricia Steinhilber and Doreen Steinhilber.
A service will be held at a later date.
