Susie was a devoted mother and creatively gifted. Anyone close to her was likely to have received handcrafted cards, personalized Christmas stockings, a beautiful quilt, or baked goods made with love and skill. Every item a work of art and contained her own blend of caring and love.
Susie was born on January 5, 1965, daughter of Erika Couch of San Antonio, Texas, and the late Roy Couch.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Allen Butler; two children, Cameron Fredericksen and Macy Fredericksen; a sister, Cathy Alba; and two brothers, Freddie and Michael Couch.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to SECU Family House, 1970 Baldwin Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
