Mrs. Ramsey was born August 24, 1937 in Maryville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Dennis and Myrel Hammontree.
Survivors include her daughter, Teresa Grant and husband Donald; and granddaughter, Dana Grant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Ramsey; and a son, Duane Ramsey.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
