Tammy Marie Troyer

Tammy was born January 30, 1963 in Jacksonville, NC to Ernie Henderson of Sneads Ferry, and the late Ronda Lesher. She was a member of Peace Memorial Baptist Church. She was a very loving person who not only believed in giving second chances, she believed in giving third, fourth, and fifth chances. Tammy was an outgoing person who loved her family, friends, and customers of Kopp's Quick Stop and the many other restaurants where she had worked.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Troyer; three daughters, Tonya Huffman, Rebecca Packer, and Billie Troyer; a grandson, Dillon Huffman; a sister, Rebecca Hamilton; three brothers, Lynn Henderson, Danny Henderson, and John Henderson; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffrey Lesher.

A celebration of her life will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Sunrise Baptist Church, 8375 River Rd SE, Southport, NC 28461. Visitation will be held at the church, prior to the service, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Flowers may be delivered to the church on Friday.
