Thomas Frank Mignella

Mr. Mignella was born October 17, 1934 in Bound Brook, New Jersey, son of the late Thomas and Alice Velcheck Mignella. Mr. Mignella, along with his brother Robert, operated the family business Mignella Dry Cleaners & Tailors for 35 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army. After living most of their lives in New Jersey, Mr. Mignella & his wife Angela moved to Oak Island in 1999. They became members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Mr. Mignella served in the Knights of Columbus for 17 years, earning his 4th Degree and was also a member of the Honor Guard.

MaryAlice Fox & husband Clayton of New Jersey, Patti Mattes & husband Craig of Florida, Barbara McIntosh & husband Mike of California, Frank Mignella & wife Krista of Pennsylvania and Richard Mignella & fiancé Gina of New York; brother, Robert Mignella & wife Beverly of New Jersey; eight grandchildren; and five great grandchildren

Funeral services will be 11:00am, Thursday, January 5, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Southport, NC. Inurnment will follow in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation for the family will be on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service in Southport.
