I just heard of Wade's passing and am deeply saddened at your loss. I have many memories of times spent with the Ferrell family and have Jr. & Sr. prom pictures with Wade on my cell phone. You all are in my thoughts & prayers.

Baxter and I are so very sorry.  We thought the world of Wade and are truly heart broken.   
Every time I think of him I picture him with that big smile.  He had the best smile.  He was a super man and will be missed greatly.  
You and the fur babies are in our prayers.  We love you from Japan and back.

I met Wade several years before he & Marsha were married.  He was always ready to go fishing and we went many, many times over the years.  You get to know someone when you spend time with them on the water, and that is the case with me & Wade.  He helped me out of numerous situations that I could not have handled without his help.  I was shocked when Marsha called to tell us about his passing.  When I went fishing alone this past Monday, I thought of Wade more than anything or anybody else.  He was one of the good guys.  He is missed.  May he rest in peace.

For many years I'd stay in  Marsha and Wade's home while they were away on vacations.  I loved their beautiful home and always so enjoyed my stays there. Wade was so kind  you could just tell right off that he was a good man.  He and Marsha loved their vacations but so missed their beloved ..Lucky,  Mattie,  Hobie and Tali. They made me feel so welcomed and staying there was always like a vacation for me to and  they made sure I had everything I'd need.  Both so perfectly paired....Marsha and Wade.. always happy together ..their home was warm inviting and peaceful. Sweet and precious Lucky passed away and it wasn't long until Cooper arrived and fit right in perfectly. Im so glad Marsha has Cooper today. Wade built Marsha shelves to put her collection of solar powered clicking dancing figures in her office and it filled the entire huge window.. The  sound of them all was quite impressive and humorous.  He loved Marsha so and you could always see that love between them. It is ever present. The last time I sat with the kids my brother had bought me a new top for my Jeep and Wade gladly offered to put it on. I moved away but I was deeply touched that he offered to do that. I still came back on their next vacation to stay one more time with the kids and brought my mom with me.  I  so love the Ferrel  family and have missed them dearly.  My heart sank to read Marsha's text of Wade's passing. If I ever knew a perfect couple to me it would be Marsha and Wade. They made me happy just seeing them together knowing I was witnessing true abiding  respect admiration and a deep enduring always present love for one another between them. Prayers for Marsha and the kids always.. they are going to be ok because the love they shared will always remain  and sustain them knowing they will see each other again..some sweet day in all of Heavens Slendor and  Glory. Well... I can't say enough great things about Wade. He was a very special person and was always so kind, giving and caring to everyone he met. I loved going to lunch and dinner with him and Marsha. They also had me over to their house almost every night for dinner when I lived in Oak Island by myself. Wade loved all of his pets and also going to see a movie. He was so handy and was always available to lend a helping hand when I needed him. He always put others before himself and loved his family unconditionally. He was also a great friend to my husbands Uncle and loved playing golf with him.  I was lucky to have Wade as a friend and I will miss him dearly.
