Werner was born December 18, 1958, son of father, Werner Frederick Fischer, Jr. and mother, Barbara Stockbridge Davidson and husband Ian Davidson.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Dawn Fischer; a son, Werner Frederick Fischer, IV; two sisters, Pamela Allen and Susanne Zazzaro; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church on Monday, May 26, 2025 at 10:00 am.
