William Francis Ott

Born on February 23, 1942 in Bryn Mawr, PA, William was the beloved son of William Henry Ott and Kathryn McCabe Ott. He lived a life marked by dedication to his family, humor, generosity, faith, and hard work.

William devoted his career to real estate sales and development.

Outside of work, he enjoyed golfing and spending time with his entire family. Those who knew him will remember his level head in intense situations, his humor, his generosity and is love for everyone, especially animals.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Ott; four children; 12 grandchildren; and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his father, William Henry Ott; and his mother, Kathryn McCabe Ott.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Southport, NC at 12:00 pm.

William (Dad) will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of faith and love will continue to live on in the lives he touched.
