So sorry to hear of Arlene’s passing. We had been friends since the time we were toddlers , living on  Dartmouth in University City.  We were besties all through high school and college.  
High School was always Carol,  Arlene and Barb(CAB). We had the best High School experience driving around in my yellow Camero and her red mustang (but usually I drove because she wasn’t the best driver)!  She was my bridesmaid in 1971.  She walked so fast down the aisle that the photographer had to retake her photo  after the ceremony,  but not on the red carpet. She lived her life with that much excitement. 
Her disease was just beginning at our 40th year reunion but Barb and I made sure she had the best time. I will never forget my best friend.  Her memory will live on and will always be a blessing. 
She has and had been taken far too soon.

Your mom was the first person I met when I lived in the willows, first mom with kids and she made me feel like I belonged. Her kindness and generosity were overflowing. As a sub teacher in her class I learned so much about patience. You were blessed to have her as a mom, I was blessed to call her my friend.

We were saddened to hear of your mom’s passing.  We have fond memories of your mom and dad.  We always  enjoyed  doing things with them.  Playing maj, cards, bowling, going out to lunch, dinner and the movies. Your mom was always fun to be around. She was smart and funny.
