I remember visiting grandma and grandpa at Mount Nebo cemetery in Miami. You always used to tell me that grandpa would be happy because he’s under the shade. So, you are under the shade also. I hope that’s making you happy. We feel your presence every day, we know you’re with us. We miss you and love you. You were the best dad ever.

Words could never express or explain the love I had for Barry! 
(And his entire family, of course) I was their babysitter from the time  Greg was 8 months old, and forward. I left Miami to go to college when Jason was still a toddler. It was so hard to leave them all. 
Barry was always so very kind to me and called me “ Suzeala”!
They were my second family and I’m pretty sure I spent more time there than I did at my own home, from age 13-14 years old, on! 
Thank you Barry for all the love and kindness you showed me over the years.  You’ll be etched in my heart forevermore.  Susie

I was thinking about my Dad.  It's been six months since you began your next journey.  I cannot tell you how much we all miss you.  You were the very best father a son could ever have.  I think about you every day and love you.  I pray for you daily, and one prayer in particular, part of the  Amidah, stands out to me:  "You are mighty forever, my Lord; You resurrect the dead; You are powerful to save."  I genuinely believe that we will all be together again.  I love you, hope you are OK with Grandma, Grampa, Uncle Roy, and your family and friends.  I love you, Dad.

I know I shouldn't be shocked but I still am. I loved Barry. Bobbi and I knew him for over 60 years. He could always make me laugh. And when I was done laughing he"d make me laugh again. While we'll miss him terribly it's a blessing that he is at peace and at rest. May his memory be a blessing.        Bobbi and Ronnie Ruth
