I am Diane, Dance  Instructor at the LBTS Community Center. I was so saddened to hear of the tragic loss of our community center sister, Heidi.  I always enjoyed having Heidi in my class. She was always very colorful and expressive. Especially during the more challenging routines!! She will be deeply missed. I’m praying that she is surrounded by loved  ones and a big basket filled with German Shepherd puppies.. Rest in peace  sister and dance your heart out 🙏💃🏼

I'm sending my heartfelt condolences to Heidi's family and friends. I have many wonderful memories of Heidi as our families were very close. Growing up we are always together sharing great times. In her first year of high school-- and my last year, we ate lunch together every day. A big adventure of our lives was when we went to a concert Mar y Sol in Puerto Rico in 1972. We went with knapsacks and little else and listened to great concerts and explored Puerto Rico one afternoon. In retrospect it was very brave and memorable. When Heidi moved to the city she would come over to our house in Woodmere and stay over many weekends. We would go to the city on many other excursions of night life. During the summer for many years, we were at the same beach club and knew many of the same people--it was like a clan. When Heidi moved to Florida, I visited once during spring break. It was wonderful, Jan and my sister Wendy and her husband were there as well. We all had many exciting times at different clubs in Florida. I'm grateful for the many wonderful times I had with my cousin Heidi. It was very special and I pray she will Rest in Peace. Sending all my love, Cousin Jody
