Born in Havana, Cuba, Julia moved to Miami to complete her high school education. She later relocated to New York, where she met her first husband, Sol Forman (deceased). In her early forties, she married her second husband, Abraham Moncarz (deceased), with whom she shared many joyful years.
Julia had a zest for life—she loved going on cruises, dancing, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her immense joy.
She is survived by her loving children: daughter Ann (Lou) Fellerman and son Jack (Michele) Forman. Julia was a devoted grandmother to Sol (Sasha) Fellerman, Scott Forman, Rose (Nick) DeVault, Aaron Forman, and Hannah Forman, and a proud great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren. Her family will continue to honor her memory and carry forward her legacy.
