Jaffe, Susan Jan, 61, of Cooper City, Florida, passed away on October 4, 2012. She is survived by her loving brothers: Phillip (Geraldina) Jaffe, Mark (Karen); cherished nieces: Michelle, Melissa and Jeanne, nephew: Michael.
