Brian T. Varroney

Brian T. Varroney, age 64, of Cave City, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2025. He is the son of the late Dr. Daniel J, and Joyce P. Varroney, and the brother of the late Andrea J. and Jonathan J. Varroney.

Brian was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Allamuchy, New Jersey with his family in June of 1970. He attended Reverend George A. Brown Memorial School and Pope XXIII Regional High School, Sparta, New Jersey.

Throughout his career, Brian found his calling in service industry roles where he could talk with and help people. He thrived in these positions, drawn to the opportunity to create connections and make a difference in others' lives. Brian was also a proud patriot who loved his country deeply.

Brian was blessed with a loving family and friends throughout his life. He shared eighteen wonderful years of marriage with his devoted wife Susan. One of the hallmarks of his life was his love of animals - cats and dogs were always present in his home, bringing him joy and companionship.

Brian is survived by his loving and incredibly devoted wife, Susan (née Misa), his brother Dan and sister-in-law Jeanine of Manassas, Virginia, his nieces Colleen Varroney Staton and Shannon Varroney, his nephew Daniel P. Varroney, his five grand-nieces and nephews, and his loving pets.

Brian will be remembered as a loving husband, a wonderful brother and Uncle, and a good friend to all who came in contact with him.

He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in Brian’s honor to the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids.

Visitation for Brian will be held Friday, July 18th from 3:00PM - 7:00PM at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St. Sparta, NJ 07871. Funeral Mass will occur Saturday, July 19th at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic Church, 294 S Sparta Ave, Sparta, NJ 07871. Entombment will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, 58 McLean Blvd, Paterson, NJ, 07513.
