Doris Elizabeth Trautz, 89, of Sparta passed away on March 17, 2011. Doris was born in Rock Hill, SC and lived in Sparta since 1976. She worked as a nurse’s aide for many years, lastly at the Sussex County Homestead in Branchville, NJ. Doris is predeceased by her beloved husband August L. Trautz Jr and her sister Patricia Pullen. She is survived by her loving children: Ronald Trautz and his wife Gail, Barbara DuMont and her husband William, Brian Trautz and William Trautz. Doris is also survived by her brother Thomas Westerlund, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Friends may gather to share their memories on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 2-4pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta. There will be a memorial service following at 4pm at the funeral home.
