Dorothy was like a second mother to me. We moved to Sparta in 1969. We had a rental house next to her and Charlie. She took me under her wing and taught me a lot. She always said, "never go upstairs without taking something with you that belongs up there". She also taught me about the "dented can basket" in the grocery store. I will miss her. We loved Dorothy and Charlie very much. I look forward to seeing them again.
