Daughter of the Late John and Sophia (nee Lukasiewicz) Adams, Eileen was a graduate of Sharpsburg High School class of 1961. She and her husband, Gene, owned and operated a private security firm for 32 years located in Sparta NJ and New York City.
Eileen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and cherished friend to many. She loved dining and traveling with family and friends which created special memories through the years. When not traveling she loved to entertain friends and family cooking elaborate meals and having pool parties. In her younger years, she was actively involved in her children's lives, serving as a den mother for Cub Scouts, teaching them to play tennis, and how to cook. Eileen will be dearly missed by her family, and friends.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband Gene in 2005. Survivors include her daughter Lynn and her spouse Robin, her son Jeffrey, her sisters Judy and Joanne, nieces Kerry and Maria, and nephews Brien, Tim, and Andrew, and godson Sean.
