Evelyn Taglieri, 84, passed away on September 18, 2020 at her niece’s home in Sparta, New Jersey. Evelyn was born and grew up in Steubenville, Ohio. She worked as a mill worker at Weirton Steel in Weirton, WV. She later moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Holy Cross Hospital. She moved to Sparta in 2004 to live with her niece, Mary Muller. She is survived by her brother, John Taglieri, his wife MaryBeth, her niece Mary Muller and her husband Ray of Sparta, along with their children: Christopher, Chelsi Marques and her husband Dan, Jake and Jared, and other nieces and nephews. She was full of laughter, loved having visitors, and always put others before herself. A celebration of her life will be held from 1-4pm on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St, Sparta, NJ 07871, with a funeral service beginning at 3:30PM. Social distancing and face masks required.
