Jay was a devoted truck driver for N. Tassielli Disposal for many years. He had a passion for reading books, playing games and taking care of his family. He was a devoted husband to Mary and loving father to David.
He was predeceased by his parents, his brothers Brett and Dale and sister Heather.
Jay is survived by his sisters Debbie, Judy, Cindy, Linda, and Stacy as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 from 4PM - 8PM at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ 07871.
