Jean Keegan

Hamburg, NJ- Jean Lois (Gebhardt) Keegan passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice in Fredon, NJ. She was 81. Jean was born in Newton, NJ and was a resident of Hamburg for 50 years. She was a self- employed insurance agent for 25 years retiring in 2004. Jean was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Sussex County. Predeceasing her is husband, Robert J. Keegan (2006). Surviving are two loving sons, Robert Keegan II of Hamburg, and Michael and wife Patricia Keegan of Andover, and two loving daughters, Donna and husband Thomas Galuppo of Milford, PA and Debbie and husband John Willemsen of Lafayette, NJ. A brother; Charles Gebhardt of Colts Neck, also nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited Thursday, February 2nd 2~4 7~9 pm to Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street Sparta, NJ 07871. At 7:30 pm an Order of Eastern Star Service will be held. An 11am funeral home service will be celebrated Friday followed by interment in the North Hardyston Cemetery, Hamburg, NJ.
