Jeffrey Laurence Picher

Born on December 6, 1951, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Jeffrey lived a life filled with love, dedication, and passion for his family and pursuits.

Jeffrey's educational journey began at River Dell High School. He continued his studies at SUNY Delhi before earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a fulfilling career in arboriculture. Jeffrey worked with Bartlett Tree Experts and Rainbow Tree Care, where he applied his expertise and love for nature to make a meaningful impact.

A devoted family man, Jeffrey is survived by his beloved wife Heather; his sons Jonathan and Brett; his daughter-in-law Kara; and his cherished granddaughter Quinn. He also leaves behind Brett's partner Haley, as well as his siblings Laurey, Sherry, and Greg. Jeffrey was predeceased by his parents, Marilyn and Jack.

Jeffrey found joy in skiing, golf, and gardening—hobbies that reflected his adventurous spirit and appreciation for the outdoors. Whether carving down snowy slopes or tending to vibrant gardens, he embraced life with enthusiasm and care.
