

Born on July 22, 1947 to Charles and Marie (Goeckel) Kaiser, he was raised in Orange, NJ. Joe lived in Sparta for the past 23 years.
He was a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting and Geology. He served his country honorably in the US Air Force from 1967-71, after which he was employed at Picatinny Arsenal as a Program Analyst.
Joe was an active member of the Sterling Hill Mine, The Franklin Ogdensburg Mineral Society and the Franklin Mineral Museum.
He is survived by his wife; Anne Snouffer Kaiser, his daughter, Kathleen, a brother; Charles Edward Kaiser, Jr., and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited Tuesday, 2~4 & 7~9 PM to Goble Funeral Home 22 Main Street Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated Wednesday, 9:30 AM at Saint Thomas the Apostle RC Church 5635 Berkshire Valley Rd, Oak Ridge, NJ 07438. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
