Newton- Maureen Patricia Kivlen 47, of Newton, NJ went home to the Lord suddenly at her home on August 8, 2014. Maureen was born on July 9, 1967 to John Anthony and Eileen Patricia Kivlen (McKenna) in Sparta, NJ. She grew up there and is a graduate of Pope John XXIII High School, Sparta. Maureen also has a BA in English from the University of Georgia. She is survived by her four siblings and brother-in-law, Eileen P. Gudelunas of Little Falls, NY, John A. Kivlen of Davie, FL, Elizabeth Ann Boylan of Netcong, NJ, and Catherine and Federico Arguelles of Weston, FL. She is also lovingly remembered by her stepmother and stepsister, Margaret Ann Mitchell and Tracy Blake. A memorial service will be held graveside at a later date. Arrangements are being entrusted to Goble Funeral Home, Sparta, NJ.
