I can not believe that Phil is gone. He was the person who really taught me not to judge a book by its cover.
I remember many nights on the ramp where he and I would talk and work out the hassles of fedex so we could get out of there at a decent hour.
He also was the one who noticed that I functioned much better in chaos then when things flowed smoothly.
One of the things I missed more then anything was hanging out with Phil, and the guys after I retired from there.
I feel that Phil left a very big imprint on the world that we should all try to emulate.
Janet I am deeply sorry for your loss.
Phillip and Kayla know that your dad is one of the best person's it was my pleasure to have known.

Such heartbreaking news on the untimely passing of my cousin Phil. I have such happy family memories of growing up with one of my favorite cousins! From family barbecues, fireworks and late night Harley rides in the dead of winter...Phil was truly one of the good guys with a heart of gold. I can only hope that he is now reunited with Aunt Helen, Uncle Frank and Cousin Frankie. I know that my Pops (Uncle Sonny) will be so glad to see him! May God bless Janet, Phillip and Kayla...may they find peace ...gonna miss you were one of a kind!

Angela and I were saddened to hear the news of Phil’s passing. I have SO many fond memories of Phil. As a young child, I remember playing “army” with him and Frankie. Phil always got the best of me. As a teenager I admired Phil so much for entering the Air Force. I remember working at Brink’s with Phil and thinking how great he looked in his Brink’s uniform. When I was the most down and out and needed a job, Phil was the one who helped me get a job with FedEx, which ended up being a 35 year career for me. I can never thank Phil enough for helping me when I was in greatest need.

The world today is a bit more emptier without Phil in it. We miss you, but we know you are once again reunited with loved ones on the other side.

God Bless you and Rest In Peace, Philly.
