Phyllis Dell'Aquila

Phyllis was a dedicated Pharmacist for Pathmark Supermarkets for many years until retiring in 2018. Some of the simplest pleasures in life gave her the most joy. She loved a night out with friends and a glass of wine, spending time with her family especially at the holidays, and planning neighborhood events for all to enjoy!

Phyllis is pre-deceased by her husband John Dell’Aquila. She is survived by her biggest source of joy – her daughter Phylissa Meehan and husband Casey Meehan; her adored grandchildren, Mason Meehan, Gianna Meehan, John Dell’Aquila and Frederick Dell’Aquila; her sisters Kathy (Kuren) Black and Barbara (Kuren) Taibi and their husbands Dennis Black and Sal Taibi; and her stepson Fred Dell’ Aquila and his wife Karen.

She was the greatest aunt to Clayton Taibi, Catherine Taibi Autorino and her husband John Autorino, Ryan Black and a new Great-Aunt to Luca Autorino.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 from 2PM – 5PM at Goble Funeral Home 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. Cremation will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

She was loved by all who knew her and will be missed by so many!
