Ronald J. Refsland

Ronald Jacob Refsland, 69, of Sparta, NJ passed away on March 8, 2013 surrounded by his beloved family. Ron was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a resident of Sparta since the mid 1970’s. He was a member of the Sparta Kiwanis where he was President in 2002-2003 and he was a member of the Sparta United Church. He worked many years as a salesman for Rosenbloom Foods. Ron was an avid painter and poker player and was known to be a jokester. He is survived by his beloved wife Dianne (nee Jewel) Refsland; devoted father of William W. Refsland and his wife Linda; brother-in-law to: Steven Clark and his wife Denise and John Clark and his wife Suzanne. He is also survived by his two nieces Stefanie and Danielle and other loving family members. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013, 11am, at the Sparta United Methodist Church, 71 County Rd. 71, Sparta, NJ 07871.
