In loving memory of Anne Patricia Chamberlin, Loving wife, mother and grandmother. Born in Quincy Massachusetts to Walter John and Evelyn T Neitz (Horrigan). One of eight children brought up during the Great Depression and WWII. A self starter and “A” student, she overcame poverty, was a college graduate and served our country as a captain in the United States Air Force. While stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base, she met her future husband John Chamberlin, married and had six children.
She was no stranger to hardship, grief and disappointment. Her husband John passed in his early 50s as well as losing her three boys, John Jr, Stephen and Craig Chamberlin who all passed before their times. She leaves her daughters Anne Marie, Christine and Ruth Chamberlin residents of the Spokane area.
As a single mother raising six children, Anne worked tirelessly as a nursing supervisor at Sacred Heart Hospital for many years. She welcomed many to her home and gave all to her family with an open heart and often “tough” real life guidance.
From her Irish heritage and her journey to the next life. “May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may god hold you in the palm of his hand.
