Cendall "Ken" Rae Wisenor

Cendall “Ken” Rae Wisenor, 65, of Spokane Valley, Washington went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 30, 2026, surrounded by his loving family, following a sudden, short, and hard-fought battle with a rare form of lung cancer.

Ken was born on March 13, 1961, in Denver, Colorado, to Clyde R. Wisenor and Kathleen Marie Pfeffer Camyn. He was also blessed with two loving stepparents, Jerry Camyn and Coleen Wisenor, whom he loved deeply.

Ken grew up in Spokane Valley and attended University High School. After high school, he proudly served his country for three years in the United States Army.

On August 15, 1981, Ken married the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Tina Colleen Wisenor. They were blessed with two wonderful children, Crystal and Nicholas (Nick). Together, they built a life centered on love, family and faith. Ken and Tina shared nearly 45 years of marriage.

Ken began his career in the automotive industry, working as a service writer at Appleway Subaru for 7 years. In 1991, he joined World Wide Group, also known as World Wide Dreambuilders. He dedicated 31 years to the company, serving in many different positions throughout his career. His commitment, dedication, and willingness to take on new challenges earned the respect of his coworkers and everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Ken worked hard, but he also played hard. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, and snow skier. He especially enjoyed golfing with his wife and friends. He was also an accomplished mountain climber, having climbed Mount Rainier and Mount Shasta.

One of Ken’s greatest joys was being Papa to his many grandchildren. Whether he was picking them up from school, cheering them on at sporting events, or teaching them to ski, fish, hunt, golf, and enjoy the outdoors, he treasured every opportunity to spend time with them. The memories they made and the life lessons he shared will remain with his grandchildren throughout their lives and will continue to be passed down for generations.

All who knew Ken knew he had a passion for cleanliness, so much so that he was known to his grandkids as the crumb pickup champion and to neighbors as a leaf blower enthusiast. He was as stylish as they come with a coat and shoe collection that rivaled most women’s. Ken was not one to do anything halfway; if he was going to do something, it would either be done right or not at all, including being a devoted husband who was dedicated to caring for and spoiling his wife. He was an amazing provider in many ways for his family, whether it was financially, helping with projects, or fixing things at any hour.

Ken is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Tina Wisenor; his mother Kathy Camyn; stepmother Coleen Wisenor; mother-in-law Ava Campbell; his daughter, Crystal Stavenjord-Albers, and her husband, Ben; his son, Nicholas (Nick) Wisenor, and his wife, Beth; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Devin, Logan, Natalie, Justin, Faith, Lily, Samantha, Faith, Corban, Wesley, Hope, and Jaxson.

He is also survived by his brother, Kevin Wisenor and wife, Carrie; his stepsiblings, Ron (Sherri) Thies, Darla (Terry) Kopczynski, Scott (Debbie) Camyn, and Hollie (Jeremy) Tuttle; along with many other cherished relatives and friends.

Ken was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Wisenor; his stepfather, Jerry Camyn; father-in-law Jack Campbell; son-in-law Doug Stavenjord; stepsister Julene McGuire; and sister-in-law Brenda Graham.

Though his time with us ended far too soon, the love he gave and the lives he touched will live on forever. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten. Forever in our hearts.

A Celebration of Life Service and Reception will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 3:00–6:00 p.m. at Prairie Falls Golf Course Event Center, 3200 N Spokane St, Post Falls, ID 83854.
