Connie K. Darcy

Darcy, Connie K. (Christensen) (65) – passed away September 20, 2011 with her loving family at her side. Connie was born June 27, 1946 to Molly and Ruth Christensen. She attended Worley schools. In 1961 she married the love of her life Donald Darcy. They had four wonderful children, Andrea, Ken, Brooki and Jeff. During their 50 years marriage she was fortunate enough to be able to stay home with her family. She loved her family more than anything in the world. Besides her family she enjoyed cooking, entertaining and being with her kids and grandkids. Connie brought so much joy to all she met. She will be deeply missed. Connie is survived by her wonderful husband Don, of Spokane; her four children Andrea Engle (Roger), Ken Darcy (Linda), Brooki Thomas and Jeff Darcy (Karla), all of Spokane; grandchildren Jason (Trace), Tim (Ian), Chris, Jennifer (Tyler), Shelbi, Sydni, Justice, Kolby, Russell and Ben; great granddaughter, Miley Jo; mother Ruth Christensen; sister Vickie Currie (Ted) of Dallas and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father Molly Christensen.

There will be a Celebration of Connie’s life on Friday, September 23rd at 2:00pm at 1322 S. Evergreen, all friends and family are welcome.
