Francis E Richards

Richards, Francis Eugene “Frank” (age 66) of Spokane Valley, WA passed away to eternal life on Thursday, May 12th, 2011. Frank was born on Sept. 3, 1944 and raised in Marquette, MI. He moved to Spokane in 1966 and worked for Krueger’s Sheet Metal and Roofing. Frank was a loving dad to three daughters and one son. He was an amazing husband as well as a best friend and brother. He loved to tease and pick on anyone he loved. He gave every inch of his heart and soul to the ones he loved. He was thoughtful, caring, and compassionate. He would go to the ends of the earth for just about anyone. He loved roofing and celebrating holidays with a house filled with family. He was a true honest man in every way. He loved to work on projects and worked hard. He never went a day without that single cup of coffee. He is survived by his wife, Janet Richards; his children: Cynthia (Dustin) Mack, Alisa Choate, Michelle Valdez; his granddaughter, Madison Choate; his sisters, Norine (Fred) Potts and Sharon Hummell; brothers, David (Sue) Richards and Allen Richards. He was preceded in death by his parents; his former wife, Lois Ann Brower; and his brother, Edward Richards, Jr. Visitation for Frank will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 12:00 PM until 4:30 PM at Hazen and Jaeger Valley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
