Ina (Phinney) Humphrey of Spokane Valley, WA passed away on September 22, 2018. She was born on December 20, 1935 in St John, WA to Merle and Esther (Breithaupt) Phinney.
Ina is survived by her children: Connie Stephens, David Williams, Kevin Williams, Teri Bachman; step-children: Eldyn Humphrey, Rodney Humphrey, Lynetta Olsen; 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Tomlinson and brother, Arthur Phinney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Humphrey; brothers: Melvin Phinney, Raymond Phinney, and sister, Joyce Siau.
Ina was a member of Valley Assembly of God Church for many years and enjoyed music, gardening and sharing time with family.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, Oct. 5, 2018 at 1:00pm at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home, 1306 N. Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA with Pastor Al Hulten officiating. Reception to follow. The Committal Service is at Spokane Memorial Gardens, 5909 S. Cheney-Spokane Rd., at 10:30 am, Oct. 5, 2018.
