James was born February 28, 1950 in Spokane, Washington to Walter and Doris Bias. James married Patti and together they raised a family. He was an employee of the City of Spokane in various positions for 36 years before retiring.
James was a musical soul, playing in a band with friends and also enjoyed traveling. He was a man of the outdoors. He loved fishing and camping with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, daughter Azure, son Jason, sister Karen, and 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
A celebration of life will be held at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home 1306 N Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA on March 21, 2020 at 1 pm.
