Julio Morley went joyfully to meet his heavenly father on June 28, 2025. Born in New York City to Delores and Salvador Morley.
He went to school in upstate N.Y. He joined the USAF in July, 1957. He served 20 years in the Air Force and retired in 1977.
He received his undergrad degree from the University of Nebraska, and received his MS and MBA/SD degree from Gonzaga University. Julio practiced law in Spokane, retiring in 2006.
He is survived by his loving wife Donna, and daughters Christina Morley, Juliann Morley, Stacy Grandys, and son Anthony Nelson.
He was preceded in death by his son Philip Morley, mother Delores Koch, brother Salvador Morley, and brother Daniel Koch.
Internment will be at the military cemetery in Medical Lake, WA.
