Kenneth Hill passed away at the age of 93 on Feb. 6, 2023. He is survived by his five children: Raymond, Bill, Dale, Vickie and Mike. He had 14 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1971. His mother in 2001.
He worked for the Burlington Northern and later the BNSF railroad for more than 40 years. Retired for 32+ years.
In his early years he enjoyed playing pinochle with friends and relatives.
Enjoyed horse racing and even, went in with his brother David and bought a race horse.
Life member of the eagles, and a few years as a Post Falls Lions member. His name is in the rafters of the pavilion down by the river at Post Falls
I know he was a member of a few different granges. Even went to a few conventions in Georgia, and I believe Minnesota.
In the last years of his life. Going to church was a big priority.
As well he would go to the Rathdrum Community Center twice a week and eat lunch and visit with longtime friends.
