Lynn was born in Spokane, WA. to Atlee and Azalea Chandler. He graduated from Central Valley H.S. in 1962 and received a Bachelor's degree from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR.
He is survived by two sons - Matthew, Joshua and his wife Nicole along with two grandchildren, Sidney and Jacob. Mother and and step-father, Azalea Chandler Schmer and Bob Schmer. Brothers - David and wife, Ernie of Walla Walla, WA.; Alan and wife Toni of Salem, OR. His wife, Jean, preceded him in death.
Lynn's was a full heart poured out for his wife, sons, and grandchildren. He was a loyal family man, avid reader, wishful fisherman, a ready friend to those in need.
A celebration of Lynn's life will be held at Thornhill Valley Chapel (Pines &16th) Saturday at 10AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Spokane's Partners For Pets.
