Marcea H. Kenworthy

Marcea was born in Spokane, Washington on October 12, 1925 to Charles H. and Sybil (Eldridge) Boyles. She grew up in Spokane and graduated from North Central High School. She worked many years in the restaurant business as a waitress and manager. She and her husband, Wilbur F. Kenworthy, raised six children of their own and three additional children. She was active in her church and was a good friend and neighbor to all who knew and loved her. She loved her large family and liked to tend the flowers in her yard, her pets, and to feed the little birds.

She is survived by six children: Terry Koch , Judy Contreras, Ralph Kenworthy, Randy Kenworthy and Linda Golden, of Spokane and Sandra Isaacson of Dalton Gardens, ID, 20 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.

Her husband and two grandchildren preceded her in death.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 2, from 4-6 p.m. at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home, 1400 S Pines, Spokane Valley.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011 at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Evergreen Chapel, located at 14111 E. 16th. Bishop Jim Hunt conducting. Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park, Spokane.
