Raffi Vagramovich Avakimov, age 86, of Spokane Valley, Washington passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
A graveside service for Raffi will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Pines Cemetery, 1402 S Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
