

Zelma Lorine Giles born September 8th, 1935 in Grand Junction, CO passed away peacefully on April 23rd, 2026 at her home in Spokane Valley, WA. She lived a full life defined by love, faith, and service to anyone in need. As a mother, grandmother, and friend, she gave of her time selflessly and will be remembered most for her kindness, whit, and sense of humor. With a warm smile and a listening ear, Zelma had the profound ability to make everyone she invited into her home feel like family. Zelma was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, William Giles and her son, Bill Giles. She is survived by her two daughters Margaret and Christina, her son-in-law Richard Jeromchek, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held on May 2nd, 2026 at 11am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints church house located at 4014 S. Bowdish Rd. in Spokane Valley.
