son of Norma and Garroll Salmons and the grandson of Lewis Fuller
and Violet Murphy Fuller. He was born in Spokane, Spokane County,
Washington. Brian has four siblings; Brad Dykes, Desi Salmons,
Geanne Maschler and Barry Dykes.
Brian spent most of his life in Montana and Washington State.
Where ever Brian was living, his big brother Brad was close by.
They spent lots of time together hunting, fishing, and hanging out
with friends. Where ever one moved the other was close behind.
You could say they were almost inseparable. It was in 2013 when
his brother, Brad, moved to Spokane Valley looking for work.
Brian moved there shortly after.
In August of 2013 Brian met his soul mate Katie Reis. They soon
discovered that they had an unbreakable bond. Always knowing what
the other was thinking and feeling without words. With this connection,
began the journey of their lives together, which included many gatherings,
adventures, and moments spent with friends and family.
Brian was a lover of the outdoors, many weekends were spent in the
mountains hiking, or on the river kayaking, and rafting. Brian’s true passion
was Bbqing for our friends and family, our home was always open to everyone.
His homemade Bbq sauce is loved by all. Who knew bbq sauce would be good on
corn on the cob!
The motto of their relationship is “Live. Laugh, Love” and to this day I know
Brian will be with Katie forever and always!
Brian never allowed anyone to leave their house without first giving him a hug.
He never knew a stranger. Many of his customers became friends.
Unfortunately Brian passed away two days after his Birthday from
complications that developed after heart surgery. He was 48.
Brian will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
