Daisy Elizabeth Smith of Spokane, WA, born November 23, 1981 in Ahoskie, NC, passed away on May 7, 2025 in Spokane, WA. She leaves behind a daughter Baily Smith of Archedale, NC, sister Heather Mitchell (Brian) of Harrellsville, NC, brother Robert Warren of Murfreesboro, NC, and sister Charity East (Nathan) of Edenton, NC as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Harold Turnipseed of Oklahoma City, OK and mother Elizabeth Warren of Murfreesboro, NC.
Daisy was a beloved friend and member of her community in Spokane where she was known for her kindness and generosity towards those “the world had thrown away”. In memory of her spirit and in lieu of flowers, her family requests you donate your time or money to your local homeless or substance abuse outreach program because, as she was known to say “Love is what will save us”.
