David Wright Damrell

David was born on February 12, 1962 in Spokane, WA to Marvin and Dorothy Damrell. He attended Shadle Park High School, where he played football, basketball and baseball, graduating in 1980. He went on and attended classes at Eastern Washington University. He was a dedicated Schwan’s sales and delivery driver for 15 years of his life. He enjoyed all sports, but he especially loved cheering on his Seahawks and he never missed a weekend golfing with his best friends! David was a devoted son, father, grandfather, brother, cousin, uncle and friend to many. Most of all, he confidently believed in the saving grace of the One True King, Jesus Christ his Savior.

He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Damrell and survived by his mother, Dorothy Damrell, brother John Damrell (Lin), sister Sue Yarno, daughters Staci Wilson (Logan) and Alyssa Duval (David), 7 grandchildren, and several cousins, nephews, and nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 11th 2021, at 1pm at Christ Central Church, 19 W Shannon Avenue. All are welcome to attend and celebrate David’s life. Seahawks wear is encouraged. Go Hawks!”
