Donna Jean Neighbour, 76, Our blessed mother went to be with our Lord on October 20, 2013 in Spokane, WA and is survived by her three sons, Clare Neighbour, Bill Neighbour and Pastor Jon Neighbour; daughter, Gayle Allison (Jack); two granddaughters and six great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Willard C. Neighbour in September 2010; mother, Pauline Riley; sister, Gayle Bates and brother, Daniel Riley.
Donna Jean was born on September 16, 1937 in St. Joseph, MO to Don Borden and Pauline (Cordry) Riley. She also resided in San Diego, CA and Brookings, OR, before moving to Spokane in 1997.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 28, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Driscoll Blvd Baptist Church, 4815 N. Driscoll Blvd, Spokane with Pastor Mike Erickson officiating. Following the funeral service Donna Jean will be laid to rest with her husband at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, Medical Lake, WA at 1:30 P.M.
