She was called to the angels Nov. 1, 2012. Born Dec. 21, 1939 in Melrose, MA. She married the love of her life Robert L. Sampson Sr; recently celebrating 54 yrs of marriage. Strong in her love of Christ, her love of family and friends. (Sam) retired from Deaconess Hospital after 18 years and enjoyed spending time with her best friend Marie. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Jr; parents, Lucille and Donald Boyd & brother, Robert. She is survived by her son, Donald: two daughters, Wanda (Ken) and Sharon (Jeff); 11 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren; many special in laws, nieces, and nephews. She will truly be missed. Services will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 806 W Knox on Nov 8 at 2pm.
