Eleanor was born in Spokane, WA. She moved to the Los Angeles area at the age of 18. There she met and fell in love with Bob whom she married and resided in San Diego until 1971. The family then moved to Spokane. Eleanor loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart, and enjoyed spending time with her family and gardening. She had many artistic talents, loved people, and had a compassion for animals. She was loved dearly by all who came in contact with her. She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Robert Walsh, and her son, Timothy Walsh. Her survivors include her two sons Robert Walsh, David Walsh, and her daughter, Doreen Walsh, six grandchildren, Robert and Ryan Walsh, Calvin Walsh, Tina Craigen, John and Michael Asvestas, and seven great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Pines Cemetery, 1402 South Pines, Spokane Valley at 11:00am Friday, May 1, 2015. Funeral services and pot luck will immediately follow at the Spokane Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1601 S. Sullivan Spokane Valley, WA.
